Recording begins only when you actively choose to start it and stops when you end it. Your recordings may be analyzed by AI feedback systems and instructors to generate personalized learning feedback. All recordings and analyses are securely stored, encrypted, and deleted after 2 years. You can request deletion of your recordings at any time.

I consent to the use, recording, and analysis of my text, audio, and video session data for educational feedback and learning purposes. I understand that I control when audio and video recording starts and stops, and that my data may be reviewed by instructors or AI feedback systems to support my learning. All data and recordings are stored securely in encrypted form and automatically deleted after two years. I may request deletion at any time.
